Terms and Conditions:
- At all times both you the client and Coach will speak with each other respectfully.
- If the situation is one that your coach cannot help you the client and feels your life is in danger or requires the support of another professional to intervene, your Coach has the responsibility to do so.
- If you the client's behaviour or language is unacceptable, your Coach is entitled to terminate your session and further sessions, having explained the reasons why and in this instance all monies paid in advance are non refundable.
- You the client are entitled to complete confidentiality at all times except when you the client has disclosed something to your Coach and they feel that your life is in danger.
- If you pay for sessions in advance and cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you are not entitled to a refund for that session. That session will then be cancelled and you will continue the remainder of the sessions at the times agreed.
- If there are any questions you have about your behaviour, payment terms or any other issue, please do so during your free 30 minute consultation or during the questions and answer session at the workshop.
- You agree to keep to the times of your telephone sessions as agreed during your free 30 minute consultation. If you are not able to do so for more than 2 sessions, your Coach may need to terminate the further sessions paid and in which case you will not be entitled to a refund.
